Good Food, High Price

I had a positive experience at Freshness Burger. The boy at the order counter was incredibly friendly, taking the time to explain the menu politely instead of rushing like you'd expect at a typical fast food place. The food was tasty, although I found it a bit on the expensive side. The cozy atmosphere added to the overall experience, along with the outdoor seating and accessible toilet. 入店しレジに並び前に注文している人も終わっていて手が空いているスタッフもいるのに対応してくれるわけでもなく待っている客がいるのは認識しているのに少々お待ち下さいの一言もなく頑なに目も合わせてもらえなかったw客席でミーティングして終わった女性店員みたいな人も当たり前の様に無視。その後ガタガタと店内の椅子に登ったりして作業をしていた時に大きな音を立てても失礼しましたという一言も無し。

結局お待たせしましたの一言もなく蚊の鳴くような目も合わせないいらっしゃいませはあった。お金を乗せるトレイも一度も客側に寄せることも無し。飲み物も客が少し無理して手を伸ばさないといけないスタッフ側に置かれたし釣り銭もトレイ無しでスタッフ近くに置かれた。トレイは何のためにあるんですかね。

私の前の男性客には飲み物も客席まで持って行っていたのに女性客にはお待たせしましたの一言もなくぞんざいな態度。どんなに店内の雰囲気を良くしょうが頻繁に使いたいと思えなくなる。

空いている時間帯でこれなら混んでいる時はどうなってしまうのだろう。

あとハンバーガーのバンズをサンド前に焼いてると思うんですが焼き過ぎて硬い部分がありました。

フレッシュネス自体は好きなのでとても残念な店舗。一部のスタッフだけかもしれないけれど客には来店した時に対応した人がそのお店の全てになることくらい周知した方が良い。それともうるせークレーマーとしか思われないのかもしれな...
