Haruka Bar — Restaurant in Tokyo

I hear the owner-chef previously worked at P.C.A in Akasaka Sacas. He is particular about Spanish cuisine and uses ingredients from the Hamura area as much as possible.

Since it was a gathering with old friends, we left the food selection up to him. He explained each dish as he brought it out, but I'm sorry to say I don't remember much.
