サラダはサニーレタスを中心にタマネギスライス、水菜、コーンを散らし、ゴマドレ。 カレーはキーマだが肉の粒が大きく食べごたえがある。ルーはココナッツミルクがはいっているがバターチキンカレーのようなコクがある。ローストしたカシューナッツが2粒アクセントに浮かべられていて、それもいい。 固めに炊いたご飯に合う。が、ここまで主張するなら、プレーンナンでも食べてみたい。 アップルパイは、最初にシナモンの香りが立っているが、これは後から振られたものだ。パイのアップルには一応シナモンがまぶされているが、さほど味はしない。アップルは細か目で甘すぎず固すぎず。パイは表面だけさつくりで中はしっとりだが、耳の部分は固く、フォークだけでは食べづらかった。アップルパイなのに主役はリンゴではなく、パイの方だった気がする。 紅茶(ウバ)はカップで2杯のめたので良い。ただしティーバック式なので、このみでティーバックをポットから出せるよう、ティーバック受けの小皿があるとなお良かった。 おそらく、これからもモリパークに通うと思うので、他の料理も試したいとは思う。
