東小金井にある日本料理屋「一心」 ステーキと揚げたての天ぷらが看板メニューで、ランチもやっています。

東小金井駅から徒歩2分程度。利便性は非常に良いです。 店内はカウンターをメインとしたシックで落ち着いた雰囲気。少し暗いですが、綺麗で和風な空間です。奥にテーブル席が1つあります。

本日はランチメニューから天重(@990円)をいただきました。カウンターに座り注文をすると、目の前の厨房で天ぷらを揚げてくれます。パチパチと油が跳ねる音と、芳ばしい香りが食欲をそそります。

暫く待つと、もっちりとしたご飯に、海老天ととり天、野菜天(にんじん、玉ねぎ、ナス、かぼちゃ、ピーマン)が盛られた天重が。サクサクの衣に、タレがたっぷりと染み込んでいて、とても美味しいです。揚げたてなので、熱々なのがこれまた良いですね。 味噌汁も出汁がしっかりとられていて、ホッとする味わいでした。

このクオリティで1,000円以下というのは驚愕です。是非また伺いた...
