Visited Japan for the first time and knew we wanted to check out as many of their amazing bars as we could, Jeremiah Tokyo does not disappoint at all. From the moment you arrive and see their aesthetic entrance, to walking in and automatically teleporting back in time to an eclectic speakeasy overflowing remixed with lofi hip hop, this place is simply a classic. I cannot emphasize the immense hospitality in this place. If this was near our own home, we’d be here everyday. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail in their drinks hit all of 5 of your senses. We ordered the japenese old fashioned cartel fix, knicker booker, and the More orange ball, and if my body couldn’t handle more, we’d probably try everything on their menu. This place is officially one of my favorites, and we’ll be visiting this place at least once when we visit Japan again.
If you visit Japan, I highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates an unforgettable atmosphere, top notch service, and delicious drinks that will keep you...
Read moreWhat a fantastic bar this is! We happened to find it by pure accident. We had intended to go to the Thai bar with blinky lights next to it, but changed our minds after we saw that there was a cover charge. We were about to head back where we came from, but noticed a cocktail menu at this place. This was the best bar we had been to since we arrived in Japan 14 days ago, and it is the one that will leave us with a lasting memory when we return to Denmark in 2 days.
Note: It seems like I had clicked 4 stars on this place without even realising it, so I have edited it to 5 stars. If I could, I would give...

Our bartender, Hiroshi, was incredibly friendly and accommodating - sharing stories about the inspiration behind the bar, the cocktails, and the spirit of Jerry Thomas, or Jeremiah Thomas.
We enjoyed six cocktails throughout our evening and each were very unique and inventive, using a variety of ingredients that are not commonly found in your standard cocktail. We were fortunate enough to be in good company with all the bartenders and patrons being friendly. We were glad to share shots together; thank you Busker Whiskey!
This bar was recommended to us from another bar in Kyoto, Bees Knees, and we were so delighted to have made the visit here. Be sure to make a stop for delicious cocktails, good vibes, and...
