This sushi restaurant is located about a 15-minute walk from Nishi-Oshima Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line. It is a very popular restaurant, and customers often line up even before it opens on weekdays. The reason for its popularity is that the sushi is very large and fresh, yet reasonably priced. The menu offers a wide variety of items, including sushi sets, individual items, sashimi, and snacks. The way to order is to look at the menu, write it down on an order form, and hand it to the waiter. The menu is easy to understand as pictures and prices are listed on the menu. The fish used for the sushi is all very fresh and very tasty. And each sushi is really big, so I personally recommend ordering individual items instead of a set. If you want to eat a variety of food, you may want to go in a group and share. This restaurant does not take reservations, so getting in line before the restaurant opens may be the fastest...

We have been here many times since my first visit to Japan in 2011 when I was introduced by my wife and her family. No idea how long they have been going here, since my mother-in-law grew up very close to this shopping district. The line is usually very long to get in, and the freshness and price of the sushi will not disappoint. The green tea is bottomless, and the beer is served in large mugs. The seating is area is pretty small, but comfortable. Service is good. You...

Great family friendly and affordable sushi place! The kids’ sushi plate in the picture was less than ¥700, and enough sushi for our family of 2 adults and 3 small children was about ¥4300. The sushi quality was fantastic, and they were very generous with the fish portion sizes! The only downside was waiting in line outside, and an American I would have liked to see more rolls, but we still had a very positive experience. We will...
