This is the Ojima branch of the Kameido Gyoza (the one located north of JR Kameido Station). Just like the original shop, this Ojima one serves their signature gyoza while offering other items on the menu! This one is a bit more family-friendly in a sense that you have options. Not just gyoza plates one after another.

The prices are reasonable, too. Very casual. 10ish counter seats (high chair), 5 tables for 4, and two tables on tatami. You can also order gyoza...

Exremely tasty food and a lot more value for money than many of the central restaurants in Tokyo. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, though it does help to use Google photo translate on the menu as there is no English menu. Would definitely rate this place to eat if you are...

今回は1953年に創業して以来、72年間「餃子一筋」の専門店「亀戸ぎょうざ」の大島店でランチしましょ♪ あえて「本店」を狙わなかった理由は以下の通り・・・ 「本店」だと、栃木県宇都宮市の某有名店みたいに、「餃子」と「飲み物」だけしかメニューに書かれていないのですが、「支店」の大島店は「餃子定食」が食べられるんですよね！ 祝日の11：50頃に行ったら、やっぱり既に満席でお店の入口にある赤いベンチで暫く待機・・・ 赤いコーラのベンチで約10分待って、カウンター席ではなくテーブル席に案内されました♪ いちおうカウンター10席、テーブル席4名×4、お座敷4名×4の、計42席あるそうですよ。 そう、72年間続いている歴史と伝統が詰まった「本店」ではなく、あえて「支店」であるここ大島店を選んで入店した理由は、本記事冒頭で少し書いた通り「ライス」がオーダーできる事♪ ※ラーメンや焼きそば、炒飯、野菜炒めもあり「町中華」のようなラインアップ 餃子定食みたいにガッツリ満足「ランチ」として食える、「餃子10個ライス（税込880円」を選択！ 内容的には下記のような感じでした。 ・ご飯（白飯） ・餃子10個（辛子付きの醤油皿が先付） ・茹でモヤシ（胡麻油和え）←先付 ・中華スープ うん、コレ・・・確かに中身の餡が滑らかで肉汁が滴り、普通に美味しい！ 国産野菜と国産豚肉を使用し、特に野菜は国内産を100％使っているのだそうですよ♪ しかしながら、餃子の大きさ自体は小粒で、特にニンニクがピリッと効いているっていうようなイメージは無かったですね。 もしかしたら、やっぱり高評価の多い「本店」とは少し味が違うのかなぁ・・・（笑）
