My family and I go here periodically. The food and service are consistently pretty good. But this time was bad.

Recently we went for my wife's birthday. We were all excited to have a good time. At the table next to us was a family of four. The dad was getting drunk, and berating his daughter loudly during our whole meal. His teenage daughter sat there crying the entire time while the drunk father went on and on in his annoying loud voice. His wife protested in a quiet voice, and his teenage son was checked out scrolling on his phone.

My kids were shocked and disturbed by the scene. I told the manager about this and said he should say something. He walked around to take a look, but was clearly too scared to do anything about it. My wife also told the manager about it at the end when I was paying for the meal. We could still hear the drunken father's voice even at the front of the restaurant.

The manager explained that it was a family matter and that he could not do much about it. He was just scared. Or this is some kind aspect of Japanese culture that I don't understand. In any other country the man would likely have been asked to leave the restaurant because he was disturbing the other customers.

That drunk guys stupid behavior and the weak management ruined our dinner, and the dinner of the other customers. Not to mention the drunk guys poor family.

動く大きな蟹の看板がトレードマークの有名なかに料理専門店。 個室もあるので、色々なイベント事に利用しやすいお店です。

こちらの店舗は2階ですが、ちゃんとエレベーターがあります。 駐車場は交差点のすぐそばなので、歩行者や自転車が多くちょっと出にくいです。

Web予約がいっぱいでも、通常の席なら電話で予約できました。

前々日に予約を入れてランチに伺いました。 どの御膳も美味しそうで悩んだ末、看板メニューのかにすき御膳と気になったものを単品で頼む事にしました。

タラバかに好きな主人は刺身と炭火焼を追加。 炭火焼は厨房で焼いてから提供してもらいました。 肉厚で食べ応えのある身はタラバならでは。

刺身の方はポン酢に付けていただきます。 身が甘くてとってもおいしかった。 お刺身で食べられる所はなかなかないのでありがたいです。

かにコロッケは小ぶりで食べやすいサイズのクリームコロッケ。

かに釜飯は炊き上がるまで30分ほどかかるので、単品注文する場合は最初がマストです。 ゴボウがよいアクセントになっていました。

お昼のかにすき御膳だけでも充分蟹を堪能できます😊 蟹のつみれが口に入れると身がほぐれて蟹の風味も感じられておいしかったー。 白醤油出しのかにすきは看板と銘打ってあるだけあって絶品。 〆の雑炊までしっかり蟹を味わい尽くせました。 お鍋の後の旨味たっぷりのだしで作るわかめスープもよかったです。
