Katsuya — Restaurant in Tokyo

The experience was absolutely delicious. From the moment my companions and I stepped foot inside, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine hospitality that set a welcoming tone for the meal.

Speaking of culinary delights, Katsuya surpassed all my expectations in terms of the variety and quality of their menu. With an extensive selection of mouthwatering fast food options inspired by different cuisines, there was something to satisfy every palate.

Now, while my overall experience at Katsuya was remarkable, I did notice a slight flaw that deserves attention. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the glasses placed on the table was not up to par. In a restaurant where hygiene and safety are paramount, such oversights can potentially tarnish an otherwise exceptional reputation. I sincerely hope that Katsuya takes immediate steps to rectify this issue to ensure the utmost satisfaction and well-being of their valued customers.

Despite this minor setback, Katsuya remains a restaurant that I would highly recommend. 京王堀之内駅を南側に出て、スーパー三和の階段を登り、右外の歩道を通リ抜けて右に曲がって線路の反対側に出て、突き当たりまで進んで左に曲がりしばらく道なりに進み、さらに突き当たりを右に曲がり、「多摩ニュータウン通り」を渡ってから左に曲がってしばらく行くとあります。

セール期間だったのでセール対象の「カツ丼竹」を電話注文しテイクアウトしたんですが帰宅してからレシート確認すると「カツ丼梅」で会計してました。 見た感じでは梅と竹の違いが分からないので実際のカツ丼が間違ってるのか判断が付きません。 どのパターンでも損はしてないと思うのですが気分的にモヤッとしました。 店員の方も注文受けた人、調理した人、会計した人と別々だった可能性が高いですし、起こりやすい事かもしれないですね。識別シールとかあったらより安心出来そうです。
