Lastnight I was exploring the area around Ontakesan station, I was craving fried chicken so I visited the KFC there. Unfortunately I feel compelled to share my poor experience with everyone. Initially I ordered the spicy chicken fillet burger, it tasted pretty good, could do with a dab more sauce, the provided salad dressing was a little lacklustre if I'm honest. In addition, I also ordered 3 Pieces Original chicken set with large fries and a melon soda. Sadly I was so disappointed with the size of each piece was tiny, the KFC batter was not crispy at all! Like they left it in the steamer far too long, worst the batter looked more yellow than crispy, lacked the usual herb & spices you usually associated with KFC fried chicken🍗 👎 Before I even started eating, I tried to take photos of my food as usual but on this occasion, a staff member came over informing me that photography wasn't allowed on the premises. He was adamant I stopped taking photos😩 From all the KFCs I have visited around Tokyo, this is the very first time a staff member told me I can't take photos of the food I'm about to consume. What is this restaurant afraid off?🤔 Enclosed are what photos I managed to take before I was rudely interrupted. I won't be visiting this branch again!

ケンタは美味しい。誰がなんと言おうがそれは揺るがない。フライドチキンNo,1はケンタッキーだ だが残念な事に、この店舗は店員さんによるミスが非常に多い。オープン当初から利用させて貰っているが、オーダーミス、商品の入れ忘れが数え切れないほどあった。以前までは体感で、3回に1回は何かしら上手くいっていなかった程だ。 セルフオーダーになってからは、そういう事も減ったが、受け取りの際こちらから内容を確認しないといけない状況は変わっていない。 混雑時にはモバイルオーダーを利用する様になったが、全体的に浮き足だってテンパっているのが見てわかる。 既に出来上がっている自分の商品は棚の上に放置され、受け取り時間から10分ほど待たされて(勿論来店時に店員さんに伝えている)、次の順番の番号の人が先に受け取っている事も2回ほどあった。 店舗のオペレーション体制に問題があるのは明らかだろう。そんな状況がオープンした時から、何年間もずっっと何も変わっていない。 なにこれ

注文は二台の機械で行う。小さな店を最小限のスタッフで運営しているために、衛生面という理由だが、省力化を目的としている事は明らか。問題は注文する機械の使い方はすぐに理解出来ない。かと言って忙しそうに働いているカウンターの向こう側の店員に使い方を尋ねるのも躊躇する。何とか注文は出来たが、例えば高齢者や身障者が一人で注文出来る環境では無いことは明らか。新型コロナの感染防止のため接触を避ける、との注意書きが店内に貼ってあるが、誰に対しても優しい店ではナイ。改善は可能だが、果たしてするか？しないか？店内に設置してある手指消毒液ディスペンサー、こんなに少量しか出ないのは初めての経験。故障していないのなら、経費を削...
