Komeda's Coffee Musashi-Koyama — Restaurant in Tokyo

They messed up the order twice, and they brought someone's food half an hour late. We asked about the late order twice (after 15 minutes and 25 minutes). All of this was communicated in Japanese. They didn't even act too sorry after all the mistakes. Very uncharacteristically bad service for Japan. Might have been the worst food service experience we've had after having lived several years in Japan. This might be my first 1-star review for a restaurant in Japan. I have been to a few other Komeda Coffee shops and don't mind it. This one is just particularly bad. If you read the other Japanese reviews, they similarly say the service and cleanliness of this one...

Burger was a bit disappointing as it slid out of the bun. However, the egg salad sandwich was delicious, and the fried chicken was mouthwatering. The waitress was helpful in informing us about the free bread deal on the menu before 11 am. Their special coffee was strong and flavorful.
