平日の朝早く〜開店時間に伺いました 奥に深い、うなぎの寝床的なカウンタ席のみと店内に先客は無し〜 目当ての朝定食〜とろっとたまご丼にポテサラを追加で注文 半熟のたまごにかけられた黒胡椒の香が美味しそうな定食 スクランブルエッグカレー的な物ではなく、片面〜加熱面は固めに焼き上げひっくり返してない感じか 味付けは松屋にしては珍しく薄味〜解けるチーズの塩気位かな ただの卵たけで無くチーズが少し入ってるのでコクが増されており美味しい これはポテサラがよく合う 確かにソーセージを付けたくなるメニューだなと思いました 薄味な所はテーブル調味料〜焼肉のタレやバーベキューソースで調整すれば良い 海苔も付いてるし、朝ごはんには十分すぎるかな 別日に昼飯〜12時頃に伺った時は、7割ほどの埋まり モバイルオーダーの持ち帰り客が多い印象 そんなんで、かなり入ってましたがスムーズに配膳 ノーマルな牛丼を久し振りに (最近はカレーが多かった) 此方の店舗の紅生姜は個別パックでの提供タイプなのが残念な所 まぁ大した事でも...
