Matsuya — Restaurant in Tokyo

Matsuya restaurants are often found in other big cities in Japan. And I often visit it and stop to eat at Matsuya restaurant. However, this is my first time coming to this branch.

The good things I found here: The room for eating is open and the distance between the seats is not too narrow. As usual, the food menu prices are relatively cheap.

The things that were not good and that I didn't like were: When I chose a seat to wait for the food I ordered, I got a table that was not clean and smelled like it had been used by previous guests. Because of the system in this restaurant, when the order is ready, the staff will call the queue number and the guest must collect it themselves from the counter and bring it to the table. Likewise, when finished eating, guests must take their cutlery to the return location. The drawback here is that the staff doesn't know and doesn't have time to check whether the tables used by guests are clean or not. So it will be very disturbing for guests who are just going to eat at that...

松屋　足立保塚店は、多くの人から高い評価を得ています。その理由としては、まず店内が清潔で、店員の対応が素晴らしいという点が挙げられます。また、メニューが豊富で、特に牛めしがとても美味しいからだと思います。

さらに、注文後に出てくる牛めしは、ジューシーでお肉の旨味がたっぷりと詰まっています。また、辛みそ牛めしやチーズ牛めしなど、バラエティに富んだメニューも充実しています。

店内の雰囲気も快適で、落ち着いた空間で食事をすることができます。また、店員の接客も良く、親切丁寧な対応が印象的です。

さらに、価格もリーズナブルで、コスパも良いです。また、お得なセットメニューも多数あり、家族連れでも気軽に利用できます。

★は松屋他店比較。 松屋のメニューを正しく食べるならここ。 竹の塚や高井戸店等肉が無い、炊け残りカスを入れられる等の異常なブレがない。深夜帯に行っても、再利用肉じゃなくてプレ牛をちゃんと１から作ってくれる希少な店舗。 下手なレストランで痛い目見るなら、こちらを強くおすすめ。 チェーンにもとめているのは一定以上の味といつも同じクオリティ。 それに加え、こちらでは求めている以上の水準として、バイトもそこそこ接客クオリティが高い。 もともと移転前の竹の塚店でキャプテンをやってた方がいらっしゃるのだが、かなりこだわりがある方なのだろうか。

こと調理に関しては他店も見習ってほしいものである。
