Best Tantanmen in Fussa. I don't want to put that out there as this place is crowded enough...
They do a little bit of everything. I am not sure when dipping noodles became the thing in ramen. Either forever, or I just never cared to notice. But I will say their dry noodles are good too.
I really can't just say this is good that is good, so here are some highpoints. The Tantan. The soup is thick, so consider thinning it out with hot water. As I said in the beginning, the best in Fussa. You'll find chunks of walnut in it. Just incredible. The chasiu he uses is also incredible. An awesome smokiness to it!

Sometimes, he will bring you a small gift of fish salt as a way to say thank you for dining and eating.
This is my favorite place to get ramen in...

The fact that this place has anything less than a perfect five-star rating is beyond me.
I highly recommend the spicy ramen with the extra spice sauce—it’s an unforgettable experience. A close second is the spicy dry ramen, which is equally incredible. If you’re a ramen lover, this spot is an...
