Mentatsu — Restaurant in Tokyo

As a foreigner, I would rate it 9/10 comparing to Ginza Hachigou, if Hachigou was a 10.

The taste wise is similar to Hachigou, it has the flavoral base almost mimicking a ginseng taste eg quite complex.

All it’s missing is a beer or something bitter to complement it to raise it a 9.8/10

Portion wise for double portion is 3.5x better than a standardized bowl of ichiran.

Personally, I was not full but satisfied = good. My peers on the other hand felt like Kirby.

【食事・味】 特麺たつ塩らーめん　990円（税込） チャーシュー丼　300円程（税込）

卓上には胡椒やお酢が置いてあり味変も可能です🧂 お酢を少し強めに効かせて食べる塩らーめんは夏の暑い日でもさっぱりと頂くことができました。

【価格】 他店で言うところの「特製ラーメン」が、990円でいただけるのは、とてもお手頃です。 麺の量もしっかりとヴォリュームがあり、味が好みの方にはありがたいお店です✨

【接客・サービス】 他の方も言われている通り、女将さんの優しく温かい接客がとても愛おしくなりす。

女将さんの接客は、40代〜の方にとって、特に居心地の良い接客になると思います。

【雰囲気】 残金、後払い制になります。 〜10席程度のカウンター席のみになります。

アルコールを飲まれてある方もいたので、〜2杯程飲んで、サッとラーメンを食べるちょい飲み利用も可能そうです。
