Monzushi is a long-established sushi restaurant that has been in business for 90 years. I was introduced to this restaurant by a stylist acquaintance who has his office nearby. The third-generation owner himself goes to Toyosu first thing in the morning to purchase seafood, which is then carefully prepared and lined up in the display case on the counter. It's fun to look at the seafood and order by pointing at it. In addition to sushi, there is also a wide variety of snacks to go with sake.

This restaurant seems to have been in business for more than 80 years and is now in its third generation.

The sushi was of perfect quality and taste for a casual meal. The restaurant is loved by the locals, so it is easy to go here without being overbearing.
There are not many kinds of wines, but it is interesting to match with Japanese wines.
I forgot to take a picture of the sushi because it...
