NAOCINO — Restaurant in Tokyo

The service was a super disappointment , food came 1 hour later and appetizer they totally forgot pizza was super wet. it was obvious for us that they don’t like foreigner although we spoke Japanese , and had two Japanese friends with us , I will not come again it’s the rudest italian restaurant I have experienced in Japan.

Food was bad , Service was bad , Ambiente was bad.

I Hope the employees in the restaurant read this here and work on...

The interior design and atmosphere were on point. It's comfortable to spend time here. The wine was good, but the food quite mediocre. The pizzas were very wet and chewy. Their dough seems well made but their sauce is too watery. The tuna carpaccio had a bad texture too (like freshly defrosted). Unfortunately, the waiter also had a bad attitude. So I would recommend this place because it's nice to talk and have a good time, but not...

味は悪くないが小太りの店員の接客がゴミクズ、 この店員を残してる時点で店の程度が知れてると思います

予約客じゃなかったからか分からないが入店早々ダルそうな接客をされこの店大丈夫か？と感じたが、たまたま私がそう感じてしまっただけなのかもしれないと思いひとまずそのまま入店。

結局、初めに感じたモヤモヤが晴れることのないクソみたいな接客が最後まで続きました。気になった点をいくつか共有します。（他にも細かく気になる点は大量にある）

・メニューの説明を求めるが明らかに返答になっていない。しかも相当ダルそうに...料理店としての責任を果たせ？

・明らかに料理が残っておりその後も取り皿として使おうと思っていた皿を勝手に下げはじめる。勿論私が止めたが一切謝ろうとしない...人間として大丈夫か、よく今まで人間界で生きてこられたな？

・厨房の人間も特にこの店員の挙動を一切気にかけておらず、他の口コミをみるに客とトラブルを起こそうが注意・謝罪等は一切行わない

個人的にビストロ巡りが好きでよく色々な店を巡るのですがここまで料理店としての誇りを感じない店は初めて出会いました。

元々口コミは残さない派なのですが（ネガティブな口コミは尚更残さない）、余りにも酷いと感じたので共有します。

行く価値のない店というのは勿論ですが、クソ接客オブザイヤーを感じたければあえて一度行ってみるのもいいかもしれません。
