Osada — Restaurant in Tokyo

A very good ramen spot and worth the visit if your in the area. They seem to be open from 11 to 3 PM as far as I can tell. When we visited around 1115 we only had to wait for about 10 to 15 minutes before getting a table. There were mainly locals inside during our visit. You order via vending machine by first, placing in the money and then making the selection for the dishes, tickets will be printed out which you can hand to the waiter, which they will give to the chef to know what you have ordered. We ordered the tsukemen, the special Tantan wonton noodles and braised pork over rice. The tsukemen was even upgraded to a large size for free. The staff members were all very friendly and everything was done efficiently....

You order and pay with a vending machine as usual and then give your ticket to the server when being seated.

It's a great spot with delicious noodles but I wouldn't say it's...

麺もスープも美味い！大山駅近の比較的安価なラーメン百名店選出店。夜の営業は毎日ではないので、お店のインスタでスケジュールを要チェックです。

平日19時半前、先客さま4組さま。 その後もお客様が続々といらっしゃいましたが、満席はなりませんでした。 ただ、店外には外待ち用の椅子が。 並ぶ時間もありそうです。

【食べたもの】 ワンタン麺　¥990

千円オーバーのラーメンも珍しくなくなりましたが、こちらはアンダー千円★

本当はチャーシューワンタン麺がお目当てでしたが、残念ながら売り切れ表示。 でも、ワンタン麺にもチャーシューが入っていました(´ω`)

5分ほどでご提供いただいたそれは、もうシンプルに「美味い！！！！！」の一言です。 ワンタンも麺もスープも、すごく美味しい。 あっさりだけれど物足りなくもない、締めのラーメンにもぴったりなものでした。

おそらくご夫婦だと思いますが、店員さんはお二方とも感じが良く、ラーメン店で時々ある、殺伐感はゼロ。 だからかな、女性のおひとりさまも複数いらっしゃいました。 雰囲気が良く、入りやすいのも高ポイント。

こちら、板橋の立ち飲み屋さん「スタンドトトノイ」のご店主から激推しされて伺いました。 (余談ですがトトノイさんもすごく美味しくてお勧めです)

トトノイさんで既に飲み食いしていたため、訪店時点で既に腹9分目くらい。 美味しく食べられるコンディションではなかったと思いますが(それでも伺うこの食い意地)、それでもこれだけ美味しく食べられたのは相当美味しい証拠だと思います。

空腹時にぜひまた再訪したいです...
