Jiyugaoka is a sub-urban section of south east Tokyo and the home to many small shops and cafes. Known for its international residents, the area has an unique atmosphere. One such cafe is Potato Creme. This shop combines creamy whipped potatoes with specialty toppings; like a savory sundae. A perfect small treat, the cafe also serves beverages. There is only standing room for six people but you can order at the outside window and wait for a open space. When you enter your serving is ready. The staff is very friendly and attentive.
