They don't speak english and don't do credit cards but they take PayPay. The food is really good I really reccomend the Pho Bo. Staff was super patient with me dispite the language barriers. I noticed someone said that they don't have hoison or siracha sauce but that isn't true. You can ask for it and they'll bring it to you. It's usually in a bottle called Shin-Su and for hoison I usually ask for mao dang (color black) and they usually know what I mean.

Tôi chỉ muốn đến thưởng thức món ăn thôi. một bức tường màu cam rất đẹp, nhưng những bức tường còn lại trang trí bằng cây gỗ, ván, làm không gian không đồng đều. One of the better bowls of Pho I've had in the Fussa area, all the other food looked excellent as well. But as usualy I'm missing the big side plate of vegetables and hot peppers. Also, there is no hoisin sauce or Sriracha.

The Good: Good food, close to Yokota AFB, paid parking close by.

The Bad: Missing the essential accouterment, no dedicated parking, difficult to find, no english menu.
