One of the awesome place around shimura Sakashita. Especially champon is awesome here.? Price is reasonable and this place is pretty awesome. Pretty busy and good to go place. Loved to visit again. Although it is Nagasaki Champong shop, my dumpling set meal is my favorite. Because no garlic is contained, it can be eaten with confidence on the next day even the next day. Since I am near my home, I go occasionally. Children's fried rice set, too, has a firm amount and our child can not eat between me yet ... lol. Because I eat dumplings, I always think that I have a child dumplings set meal. When I ask for a child set, I can do gachapon, but toy is a mystery. Where are you going to find it? ここのリンガーハットにも太麺皿うどんがメニューに加わってるよと聞いて久々に訪問。ふむふむ、ここにもタブレット導入されたのか。スムースにオーダー出来るのはありがたいことです。では、太麺皿うどんあるかチェックしてみますか。どれどれーっと。おぉ！あるね！君に決めた！一瞬の躊躇いも見せずに注文。

太麺うどんとの出会いは長崎へ出張したとき、お客様がお昼に出前でとってくれたのが最初だった。期待なんて一切せずに、なんなら、えー、どうせなら細麺で頼んでくれたら良かったのにぃ。なんて罰当たりなことを思いながら食べたのだけど。。。いやーそれが美味かったんだよねぇ。すっごくさ。それ以来、完全なる太麺信者です。あ、皿うどんに関してはね。

メニューをよく見ると太麺は提供までに時間がかかる旨の注意書きが。そりゃ細麺なら既に出来上がってる麺を皿に置き、餡をかけたらはい完成！って感じだもんねぇ。太麺は一旦茹でた上で、焼いて焦げ目をつけたとこで、ようやく餡をかけるわけだもんね。店員さん的には細麺にしといてーって感じかもだね。なんでせっかちさんは細麺推奨。

タブレットで隈なくメニューチェックし終わった頃、立ち昇る湯気のなかに艶々の餡とそれを纏うバキッと焼きめのついた麺が自信満々な標準でやってきました。香ばしいかおりも堪らない。では、早速頂いていきましょう！

箸で麺リフトするとそのモッチリ感がめちゃめちゃ伝わってきますね。これは美味いに決まってる。アツアツであろうそれを慎重にふぅふぅしながら、かと言って冷めきらないうちに口に運びます。サクッモチッとろ～り。良いとこ取りな食感を楽しむやいなやホタテ？の風味が口の中いっぱいに広がり、幸せの渦の中へと巻き込まれていきます。リンガーの本気を感じます。すげー美味い。これは細麺派の人も、せっかちさんも一度は食べてみる価値あると思うよ。
