Sharin is a ramen/ Tsukemen Chain restaurant all over Kanto, it’s under the company 六厘舎. The noodles I’ve order was 特盛り Which is around 600g.
The noodle is chewy, the fish soup is quite tasty which a thick broth to dip your noodles in it, the pork meat was decent, can’t really taste the pork flavour, and the menma was also too thin to have a great texture.

Really nice and cheap place, would recommend if you are in the area and want am...
