Sharin is a ramen/ Tsukemen Chain restaurant all over Kanto, it’s under the company 六厘舎. The noodles I’ve order was 特盛り Which is around 600g. The noodle is chewy, the fish soup is quite tasty which a thick broth to dip your noodles in it, the pork meat was decent, can’t really taste the pork flavour, and the menma was also too thin to have a great texture. But it’s good that they provide different types of seasoning with Japanese labels and vinegar for the soup base, I quite like the Yuzu Vinegar which add a good touch on the soup base make it less thick to drink on. I’m a big guy so the 600g is good enough for me, I’m the middle of the dinning process, if you wish to have one more bowl of soup you can ask them to give it to you, (SouPu O KaWari KuDaSai) so you’ll always get to have a hot soup base for your Tsukemen.

The Ramen had a tasty and fairly light broth with firm noodles. We really appreciate that the ordering machine had english options. The service was really good and quick. We really loved the selection of toppings especially the yuzu powder. We ordered a large and a small roast pork ramen and they were both the same size (More than enough). There was free water at the table but we would have preferred plastic or glass cups instead of the disposable paper ones as it is less wasteful. Really nice and cheap place, would recommend if you are in the area and want am inexpensive lunch.

By far the best tsukemen I've had in Japan. Their noodles are just really top tier. The noodles for tsukemen are thicker than most ramen places and have a great chew to them. They may be a chain restaurant but it's a damn good place. You can tell it's popular by how many locals drop by and you can hear only the sound of them...
