Shioyadaiki is fantastic. The soup is really what makes this ramen restaurant special. 10/10 if I’m near Toritsu-Daigaku Station, I would come back. Loved this ramen.

東急東横線の都立大学駅の改札を左に行くとすぐのところにあります。 「汐屋 だい稀」の塩そば大盛り(サービス)です。 スープは抜群に美味しい❗️ 麺は素麺みたいに細い。 トッピングは、チャーシュー1枚、メンマ4、なると、ほうれん草、のり1枚、ネギです。780円ナリ❗️ きた瞬間に白っぽい重厚で大きめな器で、美味しさが伝わってきた~ 「汐屋」というだけあって、潮のかお~りぃ(横浜銀蝿)が食欲をそそります。 まずは、金色に輝くスープをごくり。「うまっ」と心の中で叫ぶ❗️コロナ対応中なモンで。 濃厚な中にも後味さっぱり… 味音痴な自分には何が入っているかとかわからないんだけど、たまらん❗️ おそるおそる箸先で、麺をそろそろと引き上げる…個人的には蕎麦切りの様な太麺が好きなんだけど、このスープにはこの素麺みたいな麺が合うねぇ~ デフォルトのトッピングたちも自分を主張せず、脇に徹している。そのけなげさにも感動しながら、堪能させて頂きました❗️ 調理場１名、フロア１名。フロアの人が杖をついてる自分を気づかってくれた。 ありがとうね。 また、来たい名店でした。

This spot is usually busy, they have a few tables and counter seating. They have covid safety measures with dividers at the counter and hand sanitizer. Standard ticket machine to order, it has photos of popular items on the machine which helps with ordering if you do not speak Japanese.
