Starbucks Coffee - Beans Akabane — Restaurant in Tokyo

My experience at starbucks akabane is that they have a lot of impolite and grumpy female staff , they are all young because the older ones are kind. When you order with a request or add something they seem to get angry then when you ask for a plastic straw you can see on their face that they are annoyed. Why don't you put those plastic straws on the table so that we don't have to ask for them anymore.

I ordered an iced white mocha with whipped cream. Then I said please put it in a plastic cup, I didn't say I wanted less ice but I was surprised, less ice was given to me when I drank it, it wasn't cold. I'm in a hurry and I just came from the toilet so there's no time to complain because I will be late for work. I hope you don't make a decision, ask the costumer first!!

P.S Your toilet stinks and is dirty. I hope you can maintain the cleanliness and fragrant smell like beans...

Least favorite Starbucks in Japan! The staff are fine, in my experience, no better or worse than that of most of the dozens of other Starbucks I've been to in Tokyo and elsewhere. Problem is the physical space: very little seating, no electrical outlets for those customers who want to plug in devices, and, most of all, horrible acoustics. The place is LOUD. While it'd be a great place to listen to live chamber music, to sit and try to enjoy coffee or conversation with a friend or just do work on a laptop, the space is barely tolerable. I'm surprised that Starbucks didn't find another space in or around Akabane Station. So many better...
