In order to have an objective evaluation as much as possible, wait until the completion of this journey to make a comprehensive comparison before making an evaluation. First of all, the unpleasant point of receiving service during the whole journey is in this store (and it is the only one). Other department stores in Ginza or small roadside stores are all pleasant and satisfying consumption processes. The service standard of this store is too low, and the front desk staff has impolite body language (white eyes, contempt and other expressions) in the process of communicating with customers, and even treats customers with rude and rude language. Of course, the service limit of this store is also good, and there are also staff who make me feel satisfied with the service. I originally wanted to publish the names of the impolite staff members, but I will not publish them here considering personal privacy and other issues, and I also reported the relevant personnel issues to the hotel's substitute leader at that time. I hope your store will improve a lot, and don't let the lower limit lower...
Read moreDWs tend to have slightly larger rooms and beds than most Japanese business hotels, so if you like a little more space, it's a good choice, but a little more expensive. They offered single-cup brew packets of coffee, which was a nice touch for this jet-lagged gaijin. Breakfast was included in my rate; I usually don't take that option, and hit the streets and bakeries and Starbucks, but this was a nice breakfast with a lot of tasty nibbles, both Japanese and western, and English explanations which were reassuring.||||Very convenient to the South exit. Hint: take a low-numbered car to be near the South exit, or stay on the platform almost to the south end, as if you descend on the north side, you will either need to reascend, or leave via the North exit. The east side of the South exit puts you on a little alley that takes you past some- ahem- "gentlemen's clubs," (but not threatening) and a nice soba noodle shop, to the side entry of the hotel (not marked, but clearly there).||||Friendly staff; good AC at the beginning of hot rainy...
Read moreWe stayed hete for 1 night prior to flying home.||||We were not disappointed with out choice off hotel as we dtayed in 2 other "sister" hotels during this holiday in Japan.||The hotel is located a very short distance from Akabane Station, very convenient. ||The neighbourhood I would describe as a working neighbourhood unlike the other glotzy pkaces like Shinjuku, Ginza Ikebukuru etc. Nothing much around the area but the train station wil bring you anywhere in Tokyo and beyond.||Room was comfortable but slightly smaller than the other2 Daiwa Hotels we stayed at, big enough to ,ove around without bumping into each other.||Food can be found around the train station if one does not want to venture further out.||Overall, a bety nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Staff are friendlyand helpful and can speak English. In fact, I feel that more Japanese are speaking english and it is getting easier to go around Japan compared to...
