客の対応に問題あり。夜は問題ないと思うのだけど、朝混んでいるときはレジに立っているバリスタの対応は大いに不満、というかおかしい。常に最低３人は立っているが、客の列を見たら即座にすべきなのは空いているレジで客の注文を取る。だけどここの若いバイトは、一人のみがレジ対応して、もう一つのレジが開いていて列ができているにもかかわらず、間抜けにもメニューを持ってきて、”お決まりのものはございますか？”などと本末転倒のことをやってる。朝コーヒー屋にきて何を注文とおもっているのだろう？出勤前、登校前の忙しい客を待たせちゃいけないといった考えは浮かばないのだろうか？そんな暇があるのなら即座にレジで注文を聞けよと言いたい。もう一人の三人目はこんな状態でもボーとしていて、客の注文を取ろうとしない。本場のアメリカの店舗なら、まずありえない光景だ。人との対応にあまり慣れていない若手を採用しすぎて、悪循環がて来ているとしか思えない。バイト人の多様性のなさも日本のスターバックスの問題だと思うが、こ...
