Read more近隣のイベントに参加するためテイクアウトで利用しました。 その時の受付スタッフは 指示を出している女性の店員が1名と外国人の方のスタッフが2名体制でした。
私が利用する前に50個のテイクアウトの注文が入っていたらしく(説明はなかったですが) どんどん牛丼弁当を作っていましたが、なぜか指示するはずの女性が誰でもできる弁当に蓋をして袋に入れるという単純作業を行なっており、外国人スタッフがレジをあまり得意でなさそうでしたがやらされていました。
外国人の方はすいませんすいませんと謝りながらも1つずつ注文を確認して間違わないよう丁寧に対応していましたが、その間も指示役は無視して蓋してました。
その結果どんどんテイクアウトの注文だけを受け謝罪や説明はなし、途中急に外国人スタッフに店内のテイクアウト待ちの客に謝って回れという指示を大声で出しましたが、説明が下手すぎて外国人の方々は理解できず、カオスな空気が出来上がりました。 ちなみにその間も指示役は蓋してました。
指示役の頭が悪いのかわかりませんが接客業舐めすぎです。 ちゃんとやってください。
納得いかない点としてはテイクアウト客がみんな20分ぐらい説明なしに立たされなきゃいけないのか。 なぜどんどん後から来る客を無視できるのか。(すいません今無理ですと門前払いもできたはず) そもそもなぜ回せないオーダーを受けたのか。
