Sushiro Shin-Koiwa — Restaurant in Tokyo

B [it's aight / 還可以]

· this sushiro is not as delicious as other branches (maybe because its new)

· the sushi rice here tasted mushy (japan rice is supposed to be next level)

· at least the steamed egg was silky + delicious

· the staffs seemed to be more lax at this location

· i do like how there are plenty of space available since its new + considered expensive by the locals

tldr: skip + go other sushiro locations unless too...

Shop is pretty clean as it is new. Visited here on 21-08-2024 when it just opened...

2024年8月8日オープンのスシロー新小岩店。場所は駅横のクッターナという商業施設の6F。駅からは南口をでて徒歩約1分、エレベーターの混み具合にもよりますが、すぐに着きます。駅直結のシャポー新小岩の中を通れば屋根の屋外を通らず、雨でもほぼ大丈夫です。駅近くに寿司屋は何店舗かありますが、回転すしとしては差別化点はあるかと思います。新小岩の寿司を盛り上げていってほしいです。 Sushiro Shinkoiwa opens on August 8, 2024. It is located on the 6th floor of the Quttarna commercial facility next to the station. It is about a 1-minute walk from the south exit of the station, depending on how busy the elevator is, but you can get there quickly. If you go through Shapo Shinkoiwa, which is directly connected to the station, you won't have to go through the roof outdoors, so it's almost fine even in the rain. There are several sushi restaurants near the station, but I think this conveyor belt sushi restaurant has a unique point of differentiation. I hope they will promote sushi...
