A very clean & rather spacious restaurant, which I was fortunate enough to be introduced to by my colleagues ! A well-organised, very sanitary establishment, with none of the cramped or aging features one frequently experiences in other eateries located nearby stations ! 入ってすぐにゆりの花のいい香りが身を包む。 とても綺麗に飾られたゆりの花が印象的です。 小綺麗な明るい店内に清潔感のある店員さん。 キッチンがガラス越しで見えるので調理風景を見ていて楽しい。 キッチンには本場中国の方とみうけられる方しかいません。 高級中華を思わせますが、それにしては価格設定は良心的。

レタスと豚のチャーハンと酢豚、えびと里芋のあんかけを頼みました。

どれも丁寧に調理されていているのが分かる綺麗さで盛り付けも綺麗です。

チャーハンは一見レタス小さくないかな？と思いますが食べてみると意外と量が多く食感でしっかりと存在感を示します。豚が入ることによっていいダシとなりとてもおいしいです。 パラパラ系の王道チャーハンです。

酢豚は野菜たっぷり。 ケチャップの味が強い酢豚が苦手なのですが、ここの酢豚はケチャップは入ってない(?)みたいでした。酸味がほどよいといった感じで甘みを感じる酢豚です。

えびと里芋、これが1番美味しかったです。私はエビがさほど好きではないので迷ったのですが、頼んでよかったです。里芋が少し焦げ目がついており、さくっとした食感で、噛んでいると甘味とともに里芋のねばりのある柔らかさに変わっていきます。それにまた餡がからんでとても美味しいのです。餡がほどよい塩味で三位一体となっていました。 お恥ずかしい話ですが余った餡をチャーハンにかけて食べてしまうほど美味しかったです。
