TOSCANA Kyōdō — Restaurant in Tokyo

Nice little Italian spot run by a single chef. For antipasti we tried the smoked egg “pastrami” (just a smoked egg with a peppercorn crust, no meat) which was fantastic, the fish carpaccio (also great), and the chicken liver pâté which was delightfully light, fluffy and creamy, with a generous portion. For mains we had the bismarck pizza which was a mascarpone base (not tomato sauce) and was much better than expected. The perfectly chewy and flavourful doughy crust is what made it i think. Definitely tastier dough than a lot of places👍🏼. Also had the grilled eggplant arrabiata pasta with an off-menu request of pancetta topping (definitely a good move). Pasta was very fresh tasting and the sauce was simple but flavourful with a hint of spiciness. Very nice. They also gave us a little dish of some jalapeño sauce which complemented all of the mains perfectly. The house wine and lemon liqueur spritzer were both good, and everything was very reasonably priced. Solid bang for buck here....

맛있음. 파스타도 피자도 맛있음. 면도 도우도 쫄깃함. 면은 마치 생칼국수같이 쫄깃함. 체인점이고 본점메뉴랑 비교하면 파스타 종류는 적지만 피자도 있고 메뉴 이름도 다름. 미트볼파스타가 일본에서 제일 맛있다고 적혀있었지만 아직 먹어보지 않아서 그건 모르겠음. 웹사이트에는 없는데 버섯파스타가 진짜 고소하고 개인적으로 제일 맛있어서 추천함. 간도 딱 맞고 물리지 않음. 까르보나라나 성게 들어간 것도 맛있는데 순위를 매기자면 버섯 성게 까르보나라 임. 피자는 두가지밖에 없는데 토마토를 직접 갈아서쓰는 건지는 몰라도 일반적으로 맛볼 수 있는 마르게리따보다 더 토마토 본연의 맛이 나서 신선하고 좋았음. 가게에서 만든 칠리소스 주는데 이게 또 맛있음. 런치세트 먹으면 돌체랑 홍차 고를 수 있는데 돌체 중에서도 티라미스가 진짜 맛있음. 그러니까 런치세트 추천함. 셰프랑 점원분도...

何を食べても美味しいのでお気に入りです。 とくにピザ、ポテト、生麺パスタが好きです。 お値段も手頃で頼みやすい価格。 特に普段生麺大好き！なわけではなく意外と乾麺の方が好きですが、ここの麺はとっても美味しいから好きです。

お料理を作る人が1人？なので混んでいる時の提供はゆっくりめになりますが気になる程でもないです。

店内は狭めながらも居心地も良いです。 けど今日はよく頼んでいるベーコンとアスパラガスの醤油クリームパスタがなぜかクリームの入れ忘れ？かレシピ変更？なのかクリームが無くて和風醤油パスタでした。ちょっと残念。
