Cozy coffee place in the Kaminoge area. The coffee here are sourced from the Himalayan mountains (apparently the only place in Japan to do so).
I had the washed single origin hot drip coffee. The beans were light roasted which means that there is some acidity in the coffee. For those that don't like coffee with acidity, this place is probably not the right place to come. I really enjoyed the drip coffee. It was very light and clean.
You can also pair the coffee with their sandwich or desserts. I had the Basque cheesecake, one of their specialty and it was delicious.
