I have stayed 3 months in Japan. Trying all sorts of different foods, local specialties and unusual dishes. Arriving at my hotel I decided to try out the hotel buffet (since there is not much else around the area nearby). Biggest mistake of my food trip. They charge 5000 yen, and the food is soggy, luke warm, tasteless. There is not a great variety of dishes. The crab legs are extremely salty. It has been my only disappointing meal in Japan.
