What a rundown sh*t show of a hotel this has become!! ||||Have stayed at his hotel many times for a period of over 15 years. It was always obvious that not a dollar, or better said yen, made here got reinvested back into the hotel. The deterioration and lack of basic maintenance can be seen throughout. However since about two years they also have been cutting back on basic expenditures!||||-Want to watch tv here? Well then you better be able to speak Japanese! For they have cancelled the basic cable package they did have and so now, with exception of CNN, what you are stuck with are a handful of Japanese channels. And that for an international airport hotel!?||-The gym, is likely to be one of the, if not thé saddest on you have ever seen. Although if you ever feel like seeing a crosstrainer (they even have two!) that is covered in rust, this is the place to be!||-The pool, I will leave the depressing cosmetic state of this facility as is but will give you what they changed here in recent years as illustration. I like to swim, however some time ago they have lowered the temperature of the water, it used to be comfortable lukewarm for the 15 year that I have been coming here, this is now a thing of the past.||-The sauna, it used to be on a hot Japanese setting of 85° Celsius, now you should be happy if it is 75°. And here comes the kicker! They use to have two showers where the water could be set to nice and hot. However what they have seemed to have done, is that they have fabricated some kind of plastic ring around the thermostatic faucet and... you guessed it, only lukewarm water now! And that they also diminished the flow of the water up to the level that it is like a horse is peeing on you, will not be a surprise by now.||-I could go on but will leave it at these last two points. The restaurant they have and which always was kind of acceptable well, forget about it! What is on offer at the buffet, it came to be less and less on every of my last visits. And also the quality of the food, the last time I found it to be even quite disgusting! So I made do with mainly the salad bar which I think is quite okay. Note, this is said seen in comparison to the rest, on average it is just okay.||||For me, I will not be returning here anymore. And what tipped me over was actually just a little thing, although of course when it comes to a hotel and service it are all the little things combined that make up if the stay is a joyeus one or not. I enjoy coffee, and they have a little coffee bar in the lobby next to the entrance of the restaurant, and where they actually can make a pretty descent latte and cappuccino! With the time zones and difference I often opt for the decaf, however now they have also discontinued offering decaf espresso etc. We are talking about a teeny weeny can of coffee here! Though it is exemplary for the level this hotel has descended to on all fronts. It seems, feels like they just don’t want to make an effort anymore. Besides maybe of purely the maximising of profit, what a shame!||||On the other hand, the hotel staff have been unaffected by it, they have been nothing less then polite, friendly and hospitable on each of my visits there, my...

Read moreCheck-In||It was a very smooth experience. The process was completed in under 4minutes. The staff was well prepared with the room keys, offered a letter about the dinning options and hotel facility. At the reception the team included all Japanese speak but with multiple language skills like English, Hindi, Nepali, etc. Hotel reception also offers the guest to buy the face mask of various character to choose from. ||Room||It was my repeat stay in this property. The room was prepared immaculately. The amenities were placed in the room included small water bottle, iron/iron board, mini vault for storing valuables, the alarm clock with facility to play songs. The bathroom also had bathing amenity like shower gel, hand soap bar, shampoo/conditioner. |The room was also poorly lit as 3 of the lights were not working. In the complete room it was just 1 bulb that was functional. ||Room Service menu||It houses a deep illustration of food items available for children/ adult. Besides that it also gives multiple option of beverages. The price are little bit expensive as compared to other properties in the region. |||Business center||The hotel offers the use of computer on the mezzanine floor. It has 2 station, i.e 1 for English keyboard and 1 for Japanese keyboard. Sadly there is no printing facility. There is not printer provided, however if anyone want to print they need to sent the email to front desk email and they will print for the customer. It leaves me with a thought about the privacy of the documents. Hmmm. Something to look into. ||Restaurant Dinning||The hotel practice social distancing. It offers the use of hand sanitiser, plastic gloves, and face mask. |The ground floor restaurant is big with seating facility of over 75pax. The staff was very polite and humble in approach. While waiting for my turn I was promptly attended, asked if I would like a dine in or take away. I was escorted to a table of my choice, offered the menu and poured the ice cold water. The food was tasty, as per Japanese cuisine. The portion was substantially big, with a lot of accompaniments. Towards the end of the dinning experience it got busy with a lot of customers came in to dine. Overall a good experience. ||Checkout ||The hotel practices social distancing. The check out was prompt. With no bills to settle they offer a drop box to put the key. |||Points of concerns:-||1. The room was not as per my expectation this time as the toilet bowl was dirty with black strains in it. |2. The room was not sufficiently lit. |3. Printing facility to maintain privacy...
