鳥取にある居酒屋、ご馳家 ぐらっちぇ 本店にやって来ました。 カウンター全席禁煙ということで、一人でも気軽に使いやすいお店です。

付だし もずく酢、砂丘エシャロット、かに味噌チーズ もずくにはイクラとキュウリ。 小鉢3つあるので、これでもかなりお店の味が分かります。 キュウリには包丁を入れてたり、もずくもちゃんとしてました。 ヒンヤリとしたかにみそチーズは、濃厚な旨味でお酒に合います。

大山の久米桜 YMGB 燗でいただきました。 上燗ほどでちょうど良い温度。 淡麗で、燗にしてもキレがあります。 まあ良いでしょう～という感じ。

バイ貝とセロリのガリバタやき バターの香りが豊か。 シャキシャキの食感に炒めたセロリもいい。 バイ貝は、コリコリ適度な歯応えで、噛む度に旨味が滲み出て来ます。

本店が満席ということで支店に案内されました。掘りごたつの個室に3人で入りました。 注文しようとすると、60過ぎくらいのおばちゃんが、今日は土曜夜市で混んでいるとのことで、とりあえず的なメニューも時間がかかりますっていきなり牽制、その割に、1つ1900円の他店の2倍位の値段の岩牡蠣や、のどぐろ、もさえび、白イカ、刺盛り・・・など値の張るものばかりを激推し。いやいや、そっちのほうが手間がかかるんじゃがないの？ 親切心というよりはガツガツ感満載でオススメを言ってくる品の無いおばちゃん店員の接客のせいで鳥取のイメージは一気に悪くなりました。 加えて、「暑いけどエアコンかけてくれませんか?」ってお願いすると、お兄さんたち今入って来たばかりだから暑いんですよって言い訳をする始末、個室内のエアコン、今まで動いていなかったやんけ、適当なことを言って誤魔化しちゃーあきまへん。

久々の岩牡蠣は美味しかったけど、値段はもう少し考えてほしい。 唐揚げと、炒めた枝豆は安心して食べることができました😊 店を変えようという声もでたので1時間程度で早々に店を出ました。ビールも高いし、次はないです✨
