I never actually got to try it. They were open in the morning on August 11, 2022 (a national holiday), and their hours said they’d be open until 7 pm. I arrived at 5:40. The door said 営業中 (open for business), so I opened it and sat down. A man (the owner?) grunted something twice to someone in back. Eventually a woman comes out (his wife?) and says “Oh, we’re already closed for the day!” “Despite the door being open and the sign on it?” “Sorry! Please come back!” (All of this conversation was in Japanese).
There is no chance I will be back. If they can’t maintain their hours or simply CLOSE THE DOOR AND CHANGE THE SIGN when they’re not open, they aren’t worth my time. And if the man sitting there was the owner, his rudeness doesn’t deserve patronage...

The curries come with a salad that consists of raw and boiled vegetables with a sesame dressing. The salad seems to change daily and I might have caught a less lucky day, but was still happy about a vegetable side. Read moreMindblowingly tasty. Was looking for a place near the station and found this place highly rated on tabelog. Warm little cafe that is so friendly to foreigners (they do have english menu), but most importantly the curry is unique and addictive. Apparently it has some health benefits too?
