Bar K's — Restaurant in Towada

This bar is truly wonderful. The drinks are top quality, utilizing a wide selection of alcohol and liquors. The bar master is internationally recognized, and known for his well crafted cocktails and fine taste in whiskey. The food here is just as delicious as the drinks, often serving hand carved pickled veggies as soon as you sit down.

The food and drink are not the only gems in this place. The bar master and all his regulars are incredibly interesting and funny people. This is the kind of bar you can come to relax in, have a chat, drink alone in your thoughts, or have a rousing game of しりとり.

This bar meant so much to me during my time in Towada City. There's no other bar like it, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

If you're not sure what you should order first, I suggest his "Super Gin Tonic". It's the best I've ever had, and I don't think I'll ever...

ノンアルコールドリンク頼むと「アルコール飲めないんですか？」「ノンアルコールですもんね〜」「飲めるならアルコールも〜」と、いちいちノンアルノンアルうるさい。しかもしつこい。

友達の相談に乗るのに2軒目は静かなお店に行きたいと言われたのと、翌日子供と海水浴に行く約束をしていたのでアルコールは控えたかったのですが、マスターはノンアルかよって態度だし、ソフトクリーム頼もうとしたら「ラム酒かかっててラム酒はアルコール40度ありますよ？」と小馬鹿にしてるとも取れる態度。

そもそも他の客と店員とマスターが大声で騒いでてうるさい。

一人の客に二人ついてバカ騒ぎしてないで、アルコール飲まない理由を尋ねて、それならこれがオススメですと提案するのがプロの仕事なのではないでしょうか。 客単価考えるとしょうがないのでしょうが、俺の店に来たからにはアルコール飲めよという態度が田舎ぽくて嫌です。

常連なら優しくしてもらえそうな店ですが...
