Domino's Pizza Toyama Nakajima — Restaurant in Toyama

Be careful with deliveries. Paid food items not delivered for the 3rd time!!!

For the past year I've had a number of disappointing experience in this shop.

First, they delivered the wrong pizza in the summer of 2022. I was starving at that time so I just had the wrong pizza which I didn't enjoy honestly.

Second, I ordered through the app in November and I paid for the delivery but it never arrived. I went to the store and showed the app that show's it's been paid and delivered but the staff just told me they'll ask their manager about the issue and asked for my info but nothing happened.

For the third time today, The delivery didn't have all my orders. They delivered 2 of the three items I've ordered but when I called the shop this time nothing happened as well. They didn't do anything to give the items that has already been paid. That's frustrating.

To the store owner or manager I hope you would do something about this. Wether calling or visiting your shop the problems were never handled properly. Atleast paid items should be handled carefully. It's such a horrible experience. Please do...

The staff here is very patient and welcoming! I ordered the Sakura Pizza and Sakura mozzarella balls. The Sakura mozzarella balls tasted good while the Sakura Pizza is quite unusual as the taste is sweet. But it was good overall! I waited for around 10mins and when the order was done being prepared, she took it out to where I was sitting....

令和６年４月２４日。２１時すぎに入店。福井県の海上釣堀で釣りを楽しんだあとに立ち寄りました。昨年お世話になった魚津店を利用したかったのですが閉店時間に間に合いそうになかったので、急きょこちらの店舗を利用しました。 ドミノピザは好きですが、女性スタッフの接客対応が少し残念な店舗でした。メニューを乱暴にめくり、ガタピシと大きな音を立てながら乱暴な感じで作業をしていて、気持ちが良いものではありませんでした。メニューブックは自分たちの大切な商売道具ですよ。飲食店で勤務した経験がある私から見たら理解できません。 閉店間際でしたので仕事がしたくなかったのでしょうか。テキサスハンズを利用するべきだったと後悔しました。なんだか注文した私が悪いようにも思えました。 退店の際「ありがとうございました！」という元気な挨拶とピザが美味しかったのがせめてもの救いでした。 今後は利用することはないと思いますが、地元の新潟東店は感じが良くて美味しいお店ですので...
