Everything is perfect, the tonteki teishoku here is of course, freshly grilled when you order them, and they do not skimp on the quality of dressings, spicy oil or cabbage. 去年三重県で初めてのトンテキを食べたのですが……！Σ（￣□￣;） そのお店のソースはウスターソースが強く辛口で自分的には相性がよろしくなかった思い出が……😂

トンテキを食べに… のつもりが、気が付いたら店長オススメと書かれた『炭火焼き豚丼』の食券を握っており、胸が踊るよーな盛り付けの丼飯は、素直にテンションが爆上がりしました。 炭火焼き豚丼は、最初の一口目で、焼き豚の柔らかさにビックリして、少し焦げ目の付いたお肉は、香ばしく、脂がのって旨味が倍増しており、白米との相性も抜群で、付け合せの卵、青ネギ、山椒での味変も楽しめて、間違いない美味しさでした。 キャベツは、新鮮な千切りキャベツが取り放題で、豊富な薬味には、醤油、ソース、塩、胡椒、からし、にんにく、ラー油、カレー粉、一味、さらに卓上のマヨネーズも置かれ、組み合わせを考えているだけで、料理が来るまでの時間も楽しめて、個人的には、ラー油と大蒜にマヨネーズを和える組み合わせが、お気に入りでした。 極みとんてき定食は、注文のとき、オリジナルソース、オニオン、おろしポン酢の中から選べて、甘辛いオリジナルソースにすると、思った以上にトンテキと合っていて、熱々な鉄板でジュージューと音がする分厚いお肉は、お箸で抑えた瞬間「あ！？柔らかい！」と思うほどで、とろけるような口当たりに、溢れる脂とオリジナルソースが混ざり、焦げ目が香ばしく、白米とも合っていて、食べる手が止まりませんでした。 とろける炭焼豚まぶしは、炭火で焼き上げた豚肉を贅沢に敷き詰めてあり、しゃもじで簡単に切り分けられる程、柔らかく、とろけるような脂は、口の中に広がり、３通りの食べ方を楽しめる贅沢な豚まぶしを堪能できました。 １.そのままで… 焼きたての豚肉と香ばしいタレが絡んだ白米を豪快に掻き込むと、お肉の旨味が口の中に広がり、炭焼きで仕上げた芳ばしい焼豚の味を、直に味わえました。 ２.薬味を添えて… わさび、ネギ、海苔の薬味をのせると、食感や香りがアクセントになり、一緒に特製のタレをかければ、深い味わいを楽しめました。 ３.出汁をかけて… 締めは、熱々のお出汁をかけて、お茶漬け風にサラサラと食べれば、豚肉の旨味と出汁の風味が絶妙にマッチして、ガッツリした料理なのにクドくなく、最後まで飽きずに食べれました。
