That evening, our group of seven gathered in a private room at Tsu City to enjoy a meal featuring Matsuju's Matsusaka beef. The overall ambiance was elegant and tranquil, and the service was impressive, making for a very comfortable dining experience. The highlight was the sukiyaki style cooking, where the staff skillfully prepared the beef right in front of us. The aroma was enticing as the slices of Matsusaka beef simmered in the broth. The quality of the beef was decent; the marbling was delicate and rich, but the flavor was somewhat ordinary, lacking the exceptional sweetness and tenderness expected from top-tier beef. I had lunch here on a weekday at around noon. Not crowded and the atmosphere was really nice.

I ordered a specially selected Matsusaka beef sukiyaki set which was very good. The beef melted into my mouth and it tasted good with or without dipping the egg.

初来店。ランチ。味は美味しい。ご飯ピカピカ✨ご飯赤だしおかわり自由✨ ただ、サービス品質が壊滅的に悪い👎教育が行き届いていない。ランチでの利用でした。 バンダナを付けている意味がない方が2名。 配膳係の髪の毛がバンダナから出てます。 エプロンの紐が前結びで、その紐が配膳したての料理に付着していた。(粗相①) キムチの汁が入った器を下膳の際ワゴンから落として、割りました。(粗相②) 割ったもんは仕方がないけれど、まだ食べているのに席も移動させず、食べている足元でガチャガチャと慌ただしく、片付けが始まった。(粗相③) こちらから、「席を移動させて下さい」と言うと、ムスッとした表情で面倒くさそうに、案内していただきました。

今回は家族で行きましたが、これでは接待には絶対使えませんし、夜は絶対行きません。

当方学生時代5つ星ホテルで4年アルバイト経験から申し上げますと、まず配膳と、下膳のワゴンが同じというのは、ありえません。 また、下膳ワゴンを使う際は、下膳した食器をお客様に見せません。見える場合は、使ってはいけないルールがあります。見せないように、粗相しないよう、クロスをかけます。 エプロンの紐は必ず背骨側で結びます。 髪の毛は、男性はジェルを使ってかため、女性はシニヨン&前髪や後毛などはピンでしっかり留める。 ドリンクは、右から、食事は左からと、サービスに入る位置まで決まってます。 手前のお客様の前を横切って奥のお客様へサービスするなんてもってのほかです。 リーダーに見つかったら、シフトに入れてもらえません。 それと粗相をした際は、謝罪、怪我や被害の確認。すぐに応援を呼びます。(報告する)

全てにおいてなってないです。たまたま当たった2人が悪かったなら、サービス品質が良いとは言えないですし、サービスの仕組みも、最悪です。

値段の割に、安心して利用できない。

最後に、甘すぎるキムチは、なぜお膳に乗ってるのか不明。コンセプトが、謎w 酢の物、ぬか漬け、沢庵、色々あるでしょよ？ センスなし。

店が広々で、掃除はトイレも含めて行き届いている。トイレに洗口液とデンタルフロスがある。 が、トイレに入る瞬間に「お客様、トイレです」と謎の共有。最悪ですね。。。
