The best place to enjoy the hanami in Tsu city. Food booths, plenty of space to do picnic, toilets, playground for kids and very beautiful cherry blossoms. The food booths work until about 10pm, so it's very nice to enjoy the hanami at night too (sorry, just in April) Very convenient place, just next to Tsu station west exit. Easy to go by Kintetsu...
