I found this place on Google Maps. I was looking for a place to be omw to my hotel in Kanazawa which wouldn't have check-in until 3pm. I walked through the freezing rain that showed up TIGHT as I took the bus to the stop 5 blocks from the restaurant.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a machine outside to take a number before you enter. This is something that I missed and caused confusion. When you get your ticket, there is a place next door with local omiyagi, coffee (they are highly ranked for coffee), and benches to wait for your number.
There were gale-force winds and it was cold.
They kindly let me move from the front door as people left so I could be warmer.

There is a machine for reservations at the entrance. There were about three groups of people waiting before I was able to enter. While waiting, I was guided to the waiting room/shop next to the right. There are frozen takeaways, related products, and local recommended products lined up here. When it was my turn, I sat at the counter. There is a tatami room in the back, and it seems that reservations can also be made. The names of the bowls are named after the local festival "Ebisu Daikoku". The Ebisu bowl seems to be the most popular. It is what is called a seafood bowl. The Benten bowl is a "tendon" and is topped with lots of seafood and vegetable tempura. Since there were two of us, we ordered one Ebisu bowl and one Benten bowl and shared them. The tempura bowl was very delicious with a strong sauce. For the seafood bowl, you mix the soy sauce and wasabi yourself. Both rice dishes were very delicious. The soup made with dashi from the fish that comes with it was very delicious. The "Ebisu Daikoku Donburi" seems to be popular, and a small "Sea Urchin and Salmon Roe Donburi" is served in a separate bowl to the Ebisu Donburi. It seems to be popular with people from outside the prefecture, as there were many cars with license plates from outside the prefecture. I gave it four stars because there is no dedicated parking lot, but in reality I think it's a restaurant worth going out of your...
