CapitoLini — Restaurant in Ueda

Great Italian taste. The pizza is a crazy price but if you have extra money it’s worth it. However the main reason to go CapitoLini is their pasta. It has the taste of Italy in every bite. The 2 chefs in the kitchen take time and care to make every dish perfectly I went here during Golden Week with my friends staying in Bessho onsen resort. My friends wanted pasta and I had been to this restaurant before and remembered it was a very authentic restaurant. My friends, who had just visited Italy, and are from New York said the pasta we ordered (three pastas) were the best of all pastas in the entire world. 1 bolognese, 1 miso cream, 1 Vangola

It didn’t disappoint and we were very impressed even though the portion size was extremely small the taste made up for the size.

まずはブラッドオレンジジュース。暑い夏にはピッタリの、しっかりとした酸味。

続いて前菜。サラダにかかっているのは酢味噌だろうか、爽やかなドレッシングとして効いていて美味しい。 冷製イモのスープも、やさしい甘さで飲みやすい。マリネも調和が取れた程よい味付けでフォークが進む。

しばらくして、本命のトマトカルボナーラが到着。トマトクリームパスタとは違うとのことで、食べてみると…うんやはり違う。初めて食べたトマトとチーズのバランス。胡椒も効いていて、満足感は最初からあるのに食べ飽きない。

これが別所の入口で食べられると、知っている人は多くない。他にも有名なピザ各種やオムライスやハンバーグ、個性的なパスタも数多くラインナップ...
