This place automatically gets +1 star for being one of the only decent restaurants in the area. I believe it’s a husband/wife team that runs the place and they specialize in different types of sausages. We went on a weekend right when it opened and couldn’t eat there as it was already full. Had to get takeout but that took over 40 mins. It’s hard to wait that long in the heat and with a toddler. I’d go back on a weekday during non peak hours. We ordered the sausage sandwiches and a pizza. A full sausage sandwich is super long and comes with their yuzu sausage and the other one is miso. The sausage bun was fresh and the grilled seasonal veggies on top was heavenly. The pizza was just as good! Topped with another type of sausage and veggies.
