Parked nearby and we ventured into this local shop. 4 of us ordered their classic ramen, and shitake mushrooms and soup gyoza.
The appetisers was so good, we ordered a second round. Shitake mushrooms had Kombu which I think was simmered with it. Soft succulent juicy. Gyoza in a little peppery soup dashi/ broth was a different take on the usual pan fried gyoza.
Wanted to try their green curry ramen and would have ordered a 5th bowl but alas our stomachs were full. The noodles didn't look like a lot but it was surprisingly filling. Their classic ramen had a shoyu base. Soup was light, clear and very flavorful. Beer pairing would have been nice but alas, we had to drive.
Run singularly by the male boss himself, atmosphere of the shop were filled with baseball, soft rock or Metallica music, only local patrons. Love everything...

The ramen bowls came very fast, and the drinks even faster !
The food was delicious, and the vegetables were fresh.
And finally, there was a very good choice of rock/hip-hop music. The walls are covered with skateboards and dragon ball illustrations.
It's the perfect place for a group of friends.
