MONA Shin Urayasu — Local services in Urayasu

MONA Shin-Urayasu is a commercial facility operated by Aim Creates located in Urayasu City, Chiba Prefecture. They opened in 1990, and I worked there for a while.

When it first opened, the operating company, which included the business building (currently Prime Tower Shin-Urayasu), was Meiji Life Insurance (currently Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance). The "M" in MONA comes from Meiji Life Insurance. The operating company later changed to Odakyu Building Service and Mitsui Fudosan Commercial Management and is currently operated by Aim Creates.

Our family loved this place. We would stop at this place before catching a taxi back to the hotel at night. The food hall was really good and there were food places that had stuff that we ate in Dotonburi Osaka which was cool. Great clearance deals in the supermarket especially the sushi and pre-made meals, chips and ice cream varieties were so good too. Stop here if you are staying at the hotels close by. 新浦安駅は、このMONA以外にも、イオン 音楽堂、そして駅に直結したアトレと ４つの商業施設があるのでとても便利です。

【MONA 1F】 イオンスタイルが入ってます。 隣のイオン1Fのイオンスタイルとは違い、 こちらのイオンスタイルは、生鮮食品等は 少し高めの商品がラインナップされてます。

お惣菜やお弁当も微妙に違います。

その他には、マツキヨ、ドトール、マック、 お菓子の王様、銀行、郵便局と揃っていて 大変便利です。

【MONA 2F】 ファッションの専門店が中心のフロアです。 2Fは、新浦安駅からそのまま徒步で移動 できますが、そのまま隣のイオンスタイル にも直結してます。

ABCマート、スタバ、コメダ珈琲、無印、 処方箋薬局のココからファインがあります。

ココからファインは、無印のあるエリアの 奥まった場所にあるので、見つけにくい かもしれません。

【MONA 3F】 ここもファションエリアですが、１番目に つくのはGUですね。 他は、カメラのキタムラ、UR住宅賃貸、 100均のSeriaが入っています。

Seriaは広さがあるので、見やすいけど探す のも大変ですが、馴れれば問題なしです。
