Went in a cab and said oishi ramen and gyoza and the cab driver took us here. Great food at good prices, choice of smoking or nonsmoking areas. Giant bowls of ramen and good...

2025.3.13 20:15入店、20:20注文後、30分以上待たされていました。 後から来たお客さんは既に食べていることに気付き、厨房のホール店員の顔を伺っていました。 20:50頃、こちらと目が合い異変に気付いた年配の女性店員から声をかけられ、伝票を確認され注文が通っていなかったとのことで軽めの会釈で謝罪されました。 「最優先に作る」と言われたので、待ちました。 15分後の21:05頃にラーメンと半ライスが配膳。配膳した店員2名のうち1名からは謝罪あり。 餃子も頼んでいたので待っていたところ、後から来た別のお客さんに、私たちより先に餃子を出していました。 最優先に作るとのことでしたが？餃子を配膳した店員からはもちろん謝罪なし。 最初に謝罪してくれた人ではない店員以外(配膳の店員3名の内2名、注文ミスした若い店員、その他店員)からは謝罪なし。 会計の店員からも何も言われないことに対して流石に腹が立ち、こちらから30分以上待たされたことを伝えたところ、会釈すらない苦笑いの謝罪のみ。 本来最敬礼で謝罪するべきところでは？ 味も他店よりニンニクが少なく味が薄めでした。 もう二度と行きません。
