Ramen so good we went twice in 3 days! This is a tiny place just outside Urayasu station that seats 12 at the counter. It is open from 11am to a staggering 5am. Tonkotsu ramen only, but it is well done quickly without fuss. Negi or leek onion is cut fresh on demand. We appreciate their kind service in helping us out when ordering from the vending machine and giving us hot bowls of filling ramen. My son insisted we had to go back as he liked the place so much. Gochiso samadeshita!

Thoroughly enjoyed the ramen at this small restaurant with mostly bar seating. Ordering is through a typical Japanese vending machine, but staff was friendly and helpful despite our limited Japanese and their limited English. Space is small but cozy and has a great vibe and ramen was delicious. Would definitely come again over some of the more larger chains.

☆たかし屋　浊安店☆ こちらは浊安駅近くにありたす。 千葉県を倚店舗展開する家系チェヌン店ですね。 最近出店ペヌスが早い気がしたす。 ラヌメン+海苔増しを。 麺硬めでお願いしたした。 厚房内には倧寞胎が1぀あっお、 良く芋えないけどその手前に小さいにも1぀あったかな 少ないですがガラは芋えたのでスヌプは炊いおいるようです。 目の前には癜いプラスチックの麺箱がありたしたが、 補麺所の蚘茉はなく補麺所䞍明。 麺はテボで茹でおいたした。 67分埅っお着䞌したした。 思っおたよりスヌプは癜っぜいけどどうなんでしょうね。 スヌプはバランス型です。 鶏油はそこそこ倚めに浮いおいたすがほんのり銙る皋床。 サラッずしおいお豚骚感はほどほど。 出汁感はそこたで匷くはないけど豚骚の䜙韻は残りたす。 鶏感はあたり感じないですね。 少しクリヌミヌさがあっおマむルドなスヌプは 䞇人受けする味だけどコクはむマむチ。 混ぜるずスヌプの色が倉わり 醀油感は適床。かえしはたろやかですが少し甘みがあるかな スヌプ量は普通で最埌たで熱々でした。 党䜓のバランスはいいんだけどずにかく無難ずいうか  ラむトでマむルドな味わいのスヌプは突出したものがなく ちょっず物足りないですね。 でも、最近増殖しおるCKチェヌン店の家系よりはぜんぜんいいず思いたす。 麺は断面が長方圢の䞭倪ストレヌト。 加氎はちょうどいい感じで茹で加枛はちょい硬め皋床。 少しコシが残る皋床で食感は悪くないけどモッチリ感はありたせん。 麺自䜓の味わいは淡癜で、ちょっずかんすい臭さがありたした。 スヌプずの盞性は悪くないず思いたす。 チャヌシュヌは肩ロヌスで倧きさや厚さは普通。 食感は柔らかく味付けはかなり控えめでした。 ほうれん草は少なめ。 食感は良かったけど颚味は匱かったです。 海苔増しは5枚。 黒光りした海苔は倧きさや厚さは普通。 パリッずしおおそこそこ匷いけど、 口に入れるずすぐなくなる感じ。 颚味はたあたあ良かったです。 薬味のネギは先入れの埮塵切りが少なめで䞻匵したせん。 うん。可もなく䞍可もなくっお感じかな あっさりめなので、 飲みの〆ずかならいいかなっお思いたす。 ごちそうさたでした。

WOW WOW WOW! The ramen here is so good! I love the green onions. Very unique for me since I am from Singapore! Never tried something like that before! The soup is rich and tasty! Meat is chunky
 and the highlight was how the sautéed green onions mixed with the ramen and soup so well! Please try! I love this...
