Sensational! We ordered the crab and unagi pasta! The cream sauce both had the crab and unagi infused in it! It was well-balanced and paired well with the vegetables (for the unagi pasta)! The crab was soft and beautifully cooked and the unagi still retained its texture really well. Pasta was al dente and each bite invited 2 more 😋

Despite not having an english menu, it was easy to figure out with Google Translate and the staff was patient and really helpful! We didn’t make a reservation and they accommodated us on a busy Friday evening!

Truly a must go for superb Japanese influenced pasta! Not forgetting the brilliant tiramisu to end off the meal, it wasn’t too overpowering and hit the spot to finish the meal! The appetizer was also out of the world, fruits, pancetta, burrata and rockets was an interesting pairing but...

Me and my friends had an wonderful dinner! We had a warm welcome and been able to get a table even though we didn’t book for one.

The food was outstanding, I had the pasta and the dessert. My friends had an assortment of starters which was very well plated and they really enjoyed it.

The chef and staff were very nice and put a lot of effort into making sure they got our order correctly!

とてもオシャンティーなお店だ。 入店前からわかっていた事だ。 店内に入ると沢山のお客で賑わっていた。 シェフが料理を作り カウンターの中には美女店員が3名もいた。

率直に言おう。 気負けした🤔 そして慌ててテイクアウトに切り替えた。 これは誤算だった。 気を取り直しメニューを見る。 入店前からわかっていたが やはり私には場違いだったのだ。

そして選んだのが本日のオススメ アサリと季節の野菜パスタAセット。

いや、選んだとは生意気な事を言った。 謝罪しよう。 店員さんに選んでもらったようなものだ。

ちなみにテイクアウトだと ドリンクやデザートつきのセットメニューが選べないので 次回は店内で頂くことにする。 だが無理だろう。 きっとまた気負けするにちがいない。

そんなことより 肝心の味は 塩加減も丁度よく 野菜も茹で過ぎず程よく歯ごたえが残り 特にパスタの茹で加減が個人的には最高の好みだった。 とても美味しくいただいた。

しかしデザートが気になって仕方がない。 私は大の甘いもの好きなのだ。 しかしデザートまで辿り着くには 店内で食べなければならない。 これは私にとって一大ミッションになるだろう。 だが残念な事に このミッションを遂行する勇気がないのだ。 また気負けするにちがいないからだ。
