Seeing they offered light meals, and since it was a chilly day, I ordered the sukiyaki udon. Everything—the broth and all the ingredients—was delicious. The owner mentioned they use Shinshu Wagyu beef, showing how much care goes into even a simple light meal. It was a wonderful shop. The staff welcomed me warmly, and it was a truly delightful experience that warmed both my body and soul. I highly recommend everyone visit.
