Delicious pudding! They use cage free eggs and it gives a very smooth mouthfeel. The onsen egg original flavour is the best for the creamy pure egg taste. The matcha is also very delicious. Lovely delicious custard puddings. We had the coffee (which has a layer of great sweet coffee jelly on top of the custard) and the caramel apple (burnt caramel with local sweet apples on the bottom). Both were outstanding. Everything is locally produced, additive free and tasty as anything!
